After graduating from college in 1986, Cliff was hired by a local lending institution as a staff appraiser. In 1992, he formed CF Olin Appraisal Services providing valuation services in upstate New York. Cliff has completed over 10,000 valuations on various assets over his 22 years as an appraiser. During that time, he also ran a successful environmental consulting company with 8 employees as well as a natural stone product wholesale business. This varied and positive experience allows unique insight into the value of assets and their relationship to the organization as a whole.

Alan graduated From Ithaca College in 1985. After college he was hired as a staff appraiser for the same lending institution as his business partner. In 1991 he formed Southern Tier Appraisals also providing valuation services in upstate New York. He has also performed over 10,000 valuations in this 22 year span. Alan was a builder of modular homes during the mid 1990’s. He is also partnered with Cliff in the ownership of a successful environmental consulting firm. Alan’s varied background and experience gives him a broad base of knowledge to draw on in dealing with all types of problems and situations.
