24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Whether you are working
at home, the office or on vacation in the Caribbean, Assetelite
puts your asset records at your fingertips. We affix a barcode
label on the assets you need identified.

FRIENDLY
Assetelite presents a very user friendly interface that is
similar to any web site. Navigation is intuitive making formal
training unnecessary. Of course, we are always available for
questions via e-mail or by telephone to keep things moving
along.
SECURITY
Data access is password and user name protected with customizable
permissions that ensure your data is accessed only by personnel
you deem acceptable. Your data is also backed up meticulously
on another part of the server, as well as in our offices,
to ensure information integrity should a catastrophe occur.

CUSTOMIZED REPORTING
Assetelite
uses a SQL database that allows you to customize reports based
on any asset characteristic you asked us to record. Assetelite
and its reports comply with the requirements of GASB 34/35,
FASB and the Sarbanes-Oxley act. Further, the software can
make your tax preparation a breeze and insurable value reporting
a snap.
DATA INTEGRITY
It starts in the field. We perform our field work based on
the data collection parameters defined by you, the client.
The handheld scanners are configured to require the field
tech to fill in all the required information in a predefined
format. An asset record cannot be saved without filling in
all the required fields in a manner consistent with the client
defined parameters. At the end of the day, our project managers
perform a sample audit of each field tech to ensure accuracy
and conformance with standard recording parameters. The project
manager also runs the data through Assetelite’s data
validation tests to ensure there are not duplicate asset records
and that all records conform with the client’s pre-established
parameters. After the data passes those checks, it is uploaded
to the server for further “cleaning” and prepared
for report generation.
